I need an item that is out of stock as soon as possible, can I pre-order the item?

Items that are out of stock may still be ordered via email. They will require 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. To place an order please send item name(s), SKU and quantity to esales@temtec.com.au. Oztherm will get in contact with you and organise order arrangements within 2 working days.

When will items be restocked?

We continually update our stock levels and the restock schedule varies between different items. If you are after a particular product, please contact usΒ and we may be able to tell you the restock date or process a back order.

Do you provide discount for bulk purchases?

Oztherm provides discount for the purchase of two items or more. Please contact us at esales@temtec.com.au for your discount code on bulk purchases.

Do the product prices include GST?

GST is excluded from all advertised product prices on the website. GST will automatically be applied at checkout when confirming payment method.Β 

I've changed my mind and would like to return a item, what can I do?

Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Please read our returns policy or for further clarification, please feel free to contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping at this time. However, we provide discounts for any bulk purchases.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately international shipping is not available at this time. We only operate and ship within Australia.

I can't find the product number/SKU, where can I find it on the website?

The product number/SKU for each product or variant can be found directly under the product title on the respective product page.
